Betsy is now working with Mary Kim-Garrity, of BioCored, to develop a program of Equilates suspension exercises for riders. Participants in the clinic had the opportunity to work with both Betsy and Mary to give feedback about the new exercises.

Steiner dressage students were introduced to the new Equilates exercises on the BioCored suspension system. Each rider did a neural joint warm-up, followed by a dressage lesson, and a BioCored workout.
